If this sounds like the care you’ve been looking for, then call us today. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to getting started. One of the biggest questions we get asked is where or not we take insurance. The simple answer is no. The complicated answer is kind of. We do not bill insurance for your visits or any functional testing you do through us directly. To be honest insurance wouldn’t cover it even if we tried. However, you do have the potential to use your insurance for more basic lab testing that you can ask your provider to order for you or through directlabs.com that we utilize for some standard labs. Insurance coverage for this would be dependent on your particular coverage and would be something you could definitely look into.

At this time all of our visits are done from the comfort of your home (or anywhere you like) via HIPPA compliant, telehealth video calls. Phone and email correspondence is also available if you prefer that option. Our visits range from 30 minutes to 50 minutes depending on what type of appointment it is. Initial visits and Lab Reviews are usually about 50 minutes, while Follow Ups are usually 30 minutes.
